Raleigh is waiting for you at Help the Animals Inc. in Richmond, IN 47374. Raleigh is a sweet, affectionate girl who loves people, back scratches, treats, and going for walks. She walks well on a leash, does great with other dogs and kids, and we're still learning how she does with cats. Raleigh has been at the shelter far too long and was heartbreakingly returned after getting out. Now she's hoping for a family that will give her the forever home she truly deserves.To adopt one of our animals, please visit our shelter, open Tuesday-Friday from Noon-5pm and Saturday from Noon-4pm.
