Shelly is waiting for you at Animal Rescue Fund of MS in United States. Shelly was in a high kill pound in south Alabama. Through extensive collaboration between many rescuers, we were able to get her pulled from scheduled death and to our rescue org. She is energetic, sweet and full of personality.
