Tripp is waiting for you at Fort Bend County Animal Services in Rosenberg, TX 77471. Tripp is a handsome husky with a gentle heart and a lot of appreciation for a good belly rub. He’s a total gentleman on leash, and once in the play yard he turns into an independent explorer. He’s happy to wander around and check things out, but he’s always super sweet and enjoys coming back for attention. He’s always happy to show off for a treat too! He’s very smart and already knows how to sit and lay on command – sometimes he’s so happy to show off he does a little happy dance while obeying. Treats definitely motivate him, and he takes them gently from your hand. Tripp isn’t much for toys, but he is a big fan of affection. Since he’s currently dealing with some (noncontagious) skin issues, you know what that means… extra belly rubs are wanted! He absolutely melts when you scratch his belly and give him some love. He's also done well meeting other dogs in shelter playgroups, and gives off calm, relaxed vibes. With his medium energy level and sweet personality, Tripp would make a wonderful companion for someone looking for a super sweet best friend.
