When she first arrived at the shelter, the world felt big and overwhelming—but even in her uncertainty, her sweetness shined through.Betty walks beautifully on leash, staying close by your side as if she’s quietly saying, “I’m trying my best.” She has previously shared space with another dog and is currently enjoying some solo time while she continues to settle in. In playgroup, she’s still finding her footing—she met a social pup and felt a bit shut down, not quite ready to join the fun just yet. But we believe her playful, silly side is in there, just waiting for the right moment (and the right person) to help it blossom.With people, Betty may take a little time to warm up—but once she does, you’ll see just how special she is.
