Philip is waiting for you at Swamp Haven Rescue, Inc. in United States. Philip is a delicate little flower houndy boy. This being the nickname I sang to him as he got his first bath with us and was simply devastated by it. Philip was found as a stray underweight and infested with ticks. All of his teeth are ground down to nothing, and while it leaves us with so many questions, it gives him an adorable pouty face with a tongue that pokes out on occasion. He was not thriving in the chaos of the shelter and we are happy to get him in a comfortable space where he can wiggle his way to confidence. Philip is 45lbs and three years old. He is dog, cat, and even chicken friendly and loves to AWOO the songs of his people and play hide and seek with his furry foster brother.
