Balou, born around April 2019, is just about perfect — a gorgeous badger head with a calm, confident personality. He walks beautifully on the leash, rides like a dream in the van (puppy cups optional but highly recommended), and is completely housebroken. Balou loves affection, brushing, and attention from everyone he meets. His only quirk? A bit of counter surfing if food is left out, so a watchful eye in the kitchen is all that’s needed. As a devoted big brother, Balou looks out for Lumi and helps her feel safe in the world. He’s gentle with cats and gets along well with mellow dogs. He’d thrive in an adult-only home or one with older kids who understand how special a calm, confident pup like him can be.
