About Cullen (Great pyrenees) in Spring

Cullen is waiting for you at Great Pyrenees Rescue Society in United States. ** Tune in to our Facebook page (Great Pyrenees Rescue Society - GPRS) every Sunday at 3pm CT to see our dogs LIVE! You can also find previous episodes on our YouTube channel (@gprspyrs). If you would like a specific dog to be featured on our show, please email us at [Coordonnées masquées]. ** Meet Cullen! Lovingly known by his foster family as Griswold (he was rescued as a stray around Christmas time, after all). Born around July 2023, this handsome Great Pyrenees mix is about 80 pounds of love, laughter, and puppy charm. We’re guessing maybe Golden Retriever too—just look at that gorgeous tan coat! While he’s still filling out and growing into himself, one thing is already clear—his heart is fully grown. This big boy is a world-class seeker of affection. He lives for pets and will happily lean his whole body into you—or plop his butt right in your lap—just to be close. And if you stop petting him? Expect the classic “Pyr-paw” to gently remind you that your attention is required. If you’re looking for another walking buddy, then Griswold would be happy to join you! On walks, he’s a joy on leash...unless he spots another dog. Because obviously, every dog is a potential new best friend and he can’t quite contain himself. He will need an experienced human companion to help him learn how to politely greet those potential new best friends during his daily strolls. This guy has a fun streak and he would thrive in a home with another playful large dog who can be both a buddy and a role model. He loves to romp and would do best with a canine companion his own size (small dogs may find his enthusiasm a bit much and he also likes to sit on his friends). Daily walks, playtime, and mental enrichment will help him grow into the distinguished gentleman he’s meant to be. Because he’s a big, strong pup who's still learning where his long legs end, a home without young children would be the best fit. He
