All DPS Rescue dogs are spayed/neutered, vaccinated, dewormed, flea/tick treated, and microchipped prior to adoption. She doesn't ask for much in life— just a cozy place to nap, a few leisurely walks, and the privilege of following you absolutely everywhere. Bathroom? She's coming. Kitchen? She's already there. Laundry room? Obviously she has to supervise. She simply wants to be wherever her favorite person is. A Day in the Life of Miss Taffy Taffy likes a predictable schedule and settles beautifully into daily life. On workdays, she starts the morning around 7:00 a.m. with a nice 15-minute walk before breakfast. While her foster is at work, she relaxes comfortably in her x-pen with a cozy bed, water, and breakfast waiting for her. She's proven to be wonderfully trustworthy and has never had an accident while home alone. When her person gets home, she's ready for another stroll, followed by dinner and one final evening walk before bedtime. At night, she sleeps peacefully in her crate like the perfect little lady. On weekends or work-from-home days, she happily adds an extra lunchtime walk and even enjoys longer adventures—she's completed walks up to 2½ miles while keeping an easy pace and never pulling on leash.
