I’m so happy that TCWN picked me to come to their rescue. This beautiful little soul is a mini poodle with a long tail. He will need regular grooming, about every 6-8 weeks. Moon Pie is somewhere around 13 years old, with limited vision and hearing but that doesn’t stop him from doing anything. My foster Mom knows someone once dearly loved me and taught me to be a good boy. I’m never lonely at my foster home. Moon Pie currently lives with big dogs, little dogs and cats. He is very comfortable with them. He always has someone to pal around with and love’s sleeping in his ortho dog bed! He always goes potty outside, loves exploring the yard and likes laying in the sun with his friends. My foster Mom says I have the best manners of any foster dog she’s had! I even love going for walks in the cool early mornings and walk very nicely on the leash. Do I sound like the perfect older gentleman pup for you? Moon Pie is looking for a loving home to spend his golden years. He would do best with a home with a secure yard and patio to explore and lay in the sun. A person with him in the yard while he is outside to protect him from predators is a must. He has some separation anxiety till he is comfortable and knows you are coming home. He would probably be alright by himself once he’s settled in with a routine. But a nice dog or cat friend would be a plus. We know he would do best with a home where someone is there the majority of the time. Moon Pie recently had his vet visit and had a dental. He likes dry food, wet food and yummy treats.
