Currently Living at: Puerto Rico shelter; needs a foster or forever home in the DC area to get up here. Special adoption considerations: Dogs from Puerto Rico have a major transition to go through when they arrive and will need humans who are very committed to socialization. We think this pup would do best with either a resident dog or a family who can make sure they can go on walks regularly with other dogs, visit the dog park, or go to doggie daycare to learn the ropes. This young sato - a dog from Puerto Rico - couldn't possibly care less about Veronese drama. She's just eager to get her own humans in the DC area for sniffy walks and romps and world exploration!
