Special Adoption Considerations: Dogs from Puerto Rico have a major transition to go through when they arrive and will need humans who are very committed to socialization. What My Foster Says About Me: Luigo (Wee-Gee, is what we call him) is a sweetie who is full of energy and affection. He likes his crate and improving every day on the leash. He knows sit, stay and stop, and is making progress on “leave it/drop it.” He loves the dog park and gets along great with his fellow pups. He just wants to play and run. Wee-Gee has done great making new friends -- but he’s shy at first. Once he gets to know you – which won’t take long – he’s a snuggler, curling up on your lap or with a dog buddy at night. If you’re a runner, you’ll have an eager companion. Finally, Wee-Gee’s facial expressions and posture give off a royalty vibe that are hilarious and adorable.
