We haven't seen him with cats or kids but we are happy to discuss integration techniques with any potential adopters! Currently Living at: Puerto Rico shelter; needs a foster or forever home in the DC area to get up here! Special adoption considerations: Dogs from Puerto Rico have a major transition to go through when they arrive and will need humans who are very committed to socialization. We think this pup would do best with either a resident dog or a family who can make sure they can go on walks regularly with other dogs, visit the dog park, or go to doggie daycare to learn the ropes.Nero is Looking For: His forever home! Nero is a sato - a dog from Puerto Rico. He is in her prime as a young dog and hasn't seen enough of the world - he's eager to get his own humans for sniffy walks and romps in parks and all the adventures his family can dream up. Making pup pals along the way would be great, as would going to dog school so he can show how super smart he is.
