Currently Living at: Puerto Rico shelter; needs a foster or forever home in the DC area to get up here. Special adoption considerations: Dogs from Puerto Rico have a major transition to go through when they arrive and will need humans who are very committed to socialization. Tessy is also shy and must go to a home with a welcoming resident dog who will show her the ropes.Tessy is Looking For: Her forever home! Tessy is a sato - a dog from Puerto Rico. She is in her prime as a young dog and hasn't seen enough of the world - she's eager to get her own humans for sniffy walks and romps in parks and all the adventures her family can dream up.
