Little Bit is waiting for you at Burlington County Animal Alliance in Willingboro, NJ 08046. Hi! My name is Little Bit and I am looking for a forever home. I found myself in a really scary place called a shelter where, after no one came for me and I got passed up at adoption events, I was in danger of going on something bad called "the list". Fortunately for me, a small local rescue pulled me and then contacted BCAA to see if they could help me and they said yes! My foster mom says I didn't do anything wrong but just suffered from something called "black dog syndrome" ... see I was so scared while in the shelter, I kept myself to the back of my kennel where no one could see me and I just blended in. Now that I am in my foster home and getting time and lots of TLC, I am coming out of my shell and my foster mom says I'm super sweet. I appear to be small spaniel mix with a super soft coat, soft eyes and at less than 20lbs a great size for just about anywhere, and at around 18mos old, I am past all of that puppy foolishness. I have gotten along with all of the other dogs I have met and haven't bothered those things called cats, but I love getting held and attention best. I have done well in my crate without any accidents, barking or tearing up of any bedding but would prefer to be out with you. I have even done ok on leash but would be best if I could have just a little bit of time to learn I can trust you.
