Toby and his siblings are 9 weeks old and so excited that it's time to find their new families and have people to adore them. The whole litter has been in a foster home with mom who has been such a good girl too. But it's time to start all of their new lives. Toby is approx 7 lbs and full of energy like a typical puppy.
