Diesel is waiting for you at New Hanover County Sheriff's Office Animal Services Unit in Wilmington, NC 28401. A video of Diesel is now available, and photos will be posted at a later time. Diesel was adopted from a nearby county shelter approximately one month ago, only to be abandoned in New Hanover County. Despite multiple attempts, we have been unable to contact the individual who adopted Diesel, as they have not returned our calls. Diesel is a highly energetic dog that requires at least basic training. Our adoption hours are Monday through Friday, 11:00 AM to 3:30 PM, and Saturday, 8:00 AM to 11:30 AM. If you have other dogs or children at home, a meet and greet with all household members is mandatory
