Major Tom is waiting for you at Oakland Animal Services in Oakland, ca 94601. Major Tom, affectionately known as Tommy, is a sweet and handsome bunny who has truly blossomed during his time in foster care. While he can be a little shy when meeting new people, he’s grown much more confident and enjoys having a predictable routine where he knows he’s safe. Tommy absolutely loves his orchard hay (seriously—he thinks it’s the best thing ever!), gets excited for fresh greens like dino kale, cilantro, dill, and romaine, and has a fantastic appetite. He’s excellent with his litter box and enjoys exploring his space at his own pace. Tommy would do best in a quieter home. He’s not a fan of loud noises or sudden movements, but he’s a wonderful little buddy to have around. He would hang out on the couch with his fosters while they watched TV. When it was time to head back to his pen for the night, he was easy to pick up and carry back - this often ended with a piece of dried banana.
