He is currently receiving supportive care, including nutritional support and fluid therapy, but requires ongoing medical management and close monitoring to recover. Due to his young age and compromised condition, he needs a safe, low-stress environment where he can receive consistent nutrition, hydration, and follow-up veterinary care. This level of supportive care exceeds what we can consistently provide in the shelter environment. Despite his condition, Kitten 2 remains bright and is doing his best while in our care. Kitten 2 needs a compassionate placement where he can continue recovering and gain the strength needed to thrive. This pet is at risk for euthanasia due to the level of medical care required, which exceeds what we can provide in the shelter.
