Please fill out an adoption application if you’d like to meet me once I’m available. Trinidad and her littermates were found living under a woodpile before they were brought to the shelter. Having never interacted with people, they were understandably scared and a little "spicy" at first—which is exactly how they got their pepper-inspired names! After spending time in a loving foster home, Trinidad has blossomed into a sweet, beautiful kitten with a gentle spirit that's just waiting to shine. She loves playing with her siblings, chasing toys, and soaking up affection. Once she feels safe and comfortable, she'll happily accept pets and may even curl up in your lap for a cozy cuddle. Trinidad is still building her confidence, so she'll do best with a patient adopter who understands that trust takes time. Give her the love and encouragement she needs to adjust, and she'll reward you with her quiet affection and loving personality. Watching Trinidad come out of her shell is a truly special experience—and she's ready to find someone who will help her continue to flourish. An application is required to view our adoptable pets. All household members and any dogs from the household need to be present at the time of your appointment (unless your dog has had prior exposure to cats). A photo ID will be required at the time of adoption. Appointments are recommended. All applications are considered general. Specific animals are NOT put on hold for adoption. When you visit, our adoption counselors will be able to make suggestions based on the type of pet you are looking for and help you find the best fit
