Lindt* is waiting for you at Santa Cruz County Animal Shelter in Santa Cruz, CA 95062. Meet Lindt, the chocolate point Siamese. Lindt came to the Shelter after his previous home just wasn’t the best fit for him. He was indoors only and did well. He was social with people he met who lived in the home as well as strangers that came over. Unfortunately for Lindt, the resident cat in the home wasn’t a fan. Lindt may do well in a home with other animals with a very slow, thoughtful introduction or may be best as the only cat in the home. Please note: Our Santa Cruz location’s Shelter hours are 11-6pm, 7 days a week! Although clients can walk through and see any animals in their kennels during open hours, we end “meet and greets” (aka meeting an animal out of the kennel) at 4:30pm every day. If you’d like to meet an animal out of the kennel, please arrive before 4:00pm to allow for time to discuss individual animals and meet them
