Sophie is waiting for you at Labradors and Friends Dog Rescue Group in San Diego, CA 92108. Forever home wanted, meet Sophie! One would wonder how an adorable puppy like Sohpie and her brother Amos find their way to one of the most overcrowded shelters in LA County! But land there on the busy 4th of July weekend they did. Of course they had no collar, tags or microchip so they sat there for two weeks hoping their family would find them. So it's true, even adorable puppies sitting in an overcrowded shelter are at risk. When we saw Sophie and her brother were at risk, we put in the request to bring them into the rescue. Sophie and Amos just joined us on 7/21. Sophie and her brother were able to get into a foster home about a week after they left the shelter. They have other pups to socialize with and a couple of teenagers to play fetch with.
