Tofu is waiting for you at Carolina Animal Rescue And Adoption in Sanford, NC 27331. Tofu was found as a stray, who was thrown out of a car. Despite this unfortunate past, she is such a baby doll!! To know Tofu is to love her and to appreciate how amazing senior dogs can be. We are estimating that Tofu's age is 12 years old. She is looking for a special home. A home that understand that they might not have her for long (or might - because we can't predict the future!). Tofu has a heart murmur and subsequently she ended up with some fluid in her lungs (thankfully this was well managed with medication that she is being weaned off of). We truly feel she could live many more years, but we search for someone who understands that she might not. She will need routine grooming, as well as bi yearly exams to track her murmur/medication dosage. All that to say that Tofu is soooooo very special! She is quiet, and super relaxed. She gets along with other animals and likely would do okay with kids. She is super snuggle and our tiny little Chewbacca! Please don't hesitate to reach out with questions about this angel!
