Whopper is waiting for you at Carolina Animal Rescue And Adoption in Sanford, NC 27331. Meet Whopper! This silver fox is around 12 years old. He is a hound mix, with a charming personality. Whopper found himself living in an outdoor pen after his devoted owner died. He was spending many days sleeping on the ground throughout all weather conditions. Thankfully he found his way to the rescue and has been doing great! Whopper would love to find a place he can retire. A place he can go on walks, and get endless belly rubs. He also would request a very comfy bed for his older bones. Whopper is currently on joint support medications to help him stay more comfortable. Whopper walks well on a leash but he does like investigating everything, so a little pulling is normal for him. He rides well in a vehicle after he gets some nerves out. Whopper seems uninterested in other dogs, but we have not tested him with cats yet. We think Whopper would do well around children.
